Iris (wife) and I had a Tea Ceremony on our wedding day so I knew I would be in for an amazing experience. Can I say, Vietnamese food is one of my favourite. Bursting with flavour I salivate just thinking about the French, Asian infusions. Seasoned pork mince encased with flakey buttery pastry! Mmmmmmm…

The groom, Tim had to answer questions at the door to gain access to his bride (Yen) to be. It’s part of the tradition you see.  Tim also had to suck on a lemon as well but I’ll save that one for the full post coming soon!
