It’s 5.30 am and I’m slaving over 20 kgs of sautee’d mushrooms, I have mushroom odour infused into my nostril hairs! O.k a bit too much information but you get the idea, I’m cooking breakfast for around 380 people and the docket machine comes alive! “Room Service” It’s action time! If I was half asleep when I walked into a neon lit kitchen, the frantic pace at which the kitchen transforms has kicked me from behind! Wake up chef! Thankfully my compadre has a double shot espresso resting under the pass.
This is how Ben and I met, over breakfast, yes I used to be a chef and Ben used to be a “Food and Beverage Attendant”. Fast forward 7 or 8 years Ben and Kathryn are asking me to shoot their wedding.

We love, love, LOVE the shots!! They somewhat turned into an obsession since you posted them this morning.
Not only do we love the colours, angles and light, most importantly you were able to capture the personalities, emotions and all the fun we had on the day.
Can’t wait to share all of them with family, friends and all the people who couldn’t attend the wedding.
Don’t take this the wrong way mate, but you are much better at photography than you were at cooking mushrooms ;-)
